2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal personal use, including:

  • Structural defects in the frame, such as cracking, welding failure, or material defects that affect the safety, strength, or normal function of the bicycle frame under standard riding conditions.

  • Battery performance failure caused by manufacturing defects, including inability to charge properly, abnormal power interruption, failure to hold charge within normal standards, or internal faults not caused by misuse or normal aging.

  • Controller or electrical system malfunction, including failure of the controller, wiring harness, sensors, or related electronic components due to defects in workmanship or factory assembly.

  • Motor defects not caused by misuse, including internal motor failure, abnormal noise, loss of power assistance, or electrical malfunction arising from manufacturing defects during normal use.

  • Charger failure due to manufacturing defect, including inability to charge the battery correctly, charging interruption, or electrical faults caused by defective materials or workmanship.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including gradual deterioration from regular use such as reduced braking performance, stretched chains, worn tires, fading grips, or minor mechanical looseness over time.

  • Damage caused by accidents, collisions, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper storage, including crashes, overloading, dropping the bike, failure to secure the bike, or storing it in unsuitable environments.

  • Water damage, corrosion, rust, or exposure to extreme conditions, including flooding, heavy moisture intrusion, salt exposure, fire, freezing temperatures, excessive heat, or prolonged outdoor exposure.

  • Unauthorized modifications or use of non-original parts, including aftermarket batteries, motors, controllers, tuning kits, altered wiring, or components not approved by us.

  • Improper assembly, installation, adjustment, or maintenance, including failure to follow the user manual, incorrect torque settings, lack of routine servicing, or poor repair work performed by unauthorized persons.

  • Commercial use, rental use, delivery use, fleet use, or competition use, where the bike is used beyond normal private consumer riding conditions.

  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, paint chips, discoloration, fading, sticker wear, or surface marks that do not affect product functionality.

  • Consumable parts that naturally wear over time, including tires, inner tubes, brake pads, chains, cassettes, bearings, grips, saddles, pedals, and similar wear items.

  • Damage resulting from exceeding weight limits or improper riding conditions, including stunt riding, jumping, off-road misuse (unless specifically designed for it), or carrying loads beyond rated capacity.

  • Battery performance reduction caused by normal aging, including gradual capacity loss due to time, charging cycles, storage habits, or environmental conditions.

4. Battery Warranty Notes

Battery capacity naturally decreases over time with usage and charging cycles. Normal battery aging is not considered a defect.

Warranty applies to:

  • Failure to charge under normal conditions

  • Significant functional failure caused by manufacturing defect

  • Internal battery faults confirmed by inspection
