Delta Emoving will replace any components deemed defective or damaged (including damage caused during transportation), unless due to user error. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:

2.1 Frame

Delta Emoving electric bicycle frames are covered by a 2-year replacement warranty.

Structural defects in the frame, such as cracking, welding failure, or material defects that affect the safety, strength, or normal function of the bicycle frame under standard riding conditions.

This warranty only includes frame replacement. It does not cover labor costs associated with transferring components to the replacement frame, and authorized Delta Emoving service representatives will determine if the frame meets the replacement criteria.

Delta Emoving reserves the right to use frames with scratches and dents from inventory when replacing frames. Delta Emoving may choose to replace out-of-stock frame styles and/or colors with compatible ones.

2.2 Battery

Battery performance failure caused by manufacturing defects, including inability to charge properly, abnormal power interruption, failure to hold charge within normal standards, or internal faults not caused by misuse or normal aging.

Delta Emoving batteries are covered by a 1-year proportional warranty.

  • Within the first year of service, defective batteries will be repaired or replaced free of charge for customers. The warranty period for repaired or replaced batteries will align with the original purchase date.
  • No cash compensation will be provided.
  • Batteries can only be assessed for defects by Delta Emoving Team directly.

The Delta Emoving electric bicycle motor is covered by a 1-year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Motor defects not caused by misuse, including internal motor failure, abnormal noise, loss of power assistance, or electrical malfunction arising from manufacturing defects during normal use.

If the motor is found to have a manufacturing or material defect during the warranty period, Delta Emoving will, at its discretion, repair or replace the motor at no charge. Any replacement motor will be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period, which begins on the date of the original purchase.

  • Motors with serial numbers or barcodes that have been removed, altered, damaged, or made illegible.
  • Normal wear and tear of components that naturally deteriorate with regular use and are not the result of defects in materials or workmanship.
