Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing our E-Bike products. We are committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping services. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship primarily from our local warehouse in Germany. Delivery is available within Germany and selected European countries (subject to availability at checkout).

2. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed after payment confirmation.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays)

  • Processing times may be slightly delayed during promotions, holidays, or peak seasons

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within Germany: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas or special addresses may require additional time

  • Delivery times to other European countries may vary depending on destination

4. Shipping Fees

  • Germany: Free shipping

  • Netherlands: €80 shipping fee per E-Bike

  • Shipping fees for other countries or regions will be calculated and displayed at checkout

5. Shipping Changes

  • Shipping address changes are free of charge if requested before a tracking number has been issued.

  • A €100 fee will be charged if the carrier confirms a successful address change after the order is already in transit.

  • If your order is already in transit and you fail to cancel it in time, please refuse the package upon delivery. A 15% cancellation fee (based on the package value) will apply.

  • If you request an address change after the order has shipped, we will submit the request to the carrier on your behalf. However, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be successfully updated.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer service team as soon as possible.

  • If your order is already in transit and cannot be modified, you may refuse the package upon delivery.

  • For returned orders, the customer is responsible for:

    • Return shipping costs

    • A 15% restocking fee (based on the package value)

  • These fees will be deducted from your refund amount once the returned package has been received and inspected.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment status.

8. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Delays or additional charges caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or failed delivery attempts may be the customer’s responsibility.

9. Shipping Delays Disclaimer

While we will do our best to assist, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Transportation or logistics disruptions

  • Customs inspections (for cross-border orders)

  • Holiday peak periods

  • Force majeure events
